Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, under the following terms and conditions:
- Items must be returned in original, resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase, such as order number, is required for returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Actual shipping costs incurred by Jade Mystics are not refundable. In cases where free shipping was provided to the customer, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the value of the return. Where a portion of an order is returned, the deducted shipping cost will be based on the proportion of weight of the returned items.
Return Process
Contact us via the contact form on our contact us page, or send an email to hello@jademystics.com to initiate a refund request. Please indicate your order number and the item(s) that you would like to return.Once approved, the item(s) may be sent to the return address that we provide. Please return the item in its original packaging, where possible. Items must be packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Once your items are received, they will be inspected. We will notify you of the status of your return and value of your refund immediately after receiving and inspecting the item(s). We will then initiate a refund.
The refund will be in the original method of payment where possible. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your statement, where applicable.
Damaged Items
Where items are received in damaged condition, we will ship replacement items at no additional cost. In order for us to provide replacement items, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged items, and photos of the damage on the items must be provided to us.
