Shipping Rates

For orders under $60 USD, shipping is $8 USD. For orders over $60 USD, shipping is free.

Processing & Shipping times

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

The projected shipping time to anywhere in the United States is 4-7 Days. Please allow additional time for clearance through customs.

The projected shipping time within Canada is 1-7 Days.

Shipping Carriers and Options

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Orders to the United States will be transferred from Canada Post to the U.S. Postal Service when arriving in the U.S.

Shipping Tracking

All of our shipments include tracking numbers. The tracking number for your shipment will be provided to you via email when it is created. If you have an account, you can also view your tracking number on the order page.

Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active.

Damaged Packages

Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a damaged item claim. Keep the item and its packaging in case they are required for a claim assessment.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

Please contact us if your package has not arrived within 7 days of the latest projected shipping time.

Jade Mystics is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Additional shipping costs will be added to orders where they are incurred for returned packages.
